We were delighted to host a session on the art of the exit, in partnership with Travers Smith at their offices in Farringdon, London. This was an exclusive breakfast roundtable for our PE and portfolio General Counsel community, a network that connects GCs in private equity firms and PE-backed businesses across the UK.
