Internal audit breakfast roundtable: shaping the future of audit

Event date/time: 周四, 27 11 月 2025 8:30 上午 - 10:30 上午

Join us at Fenchurch Street, London, for an exclusive breakfast roundtable designed for senior internal audit leaders.

This peer-led session offers a practical and forward-looking forum to exchange ideas, benchmark approaches and shape the future of the function. Expect candid conversation, fresh perspectives and actionable insights as we explore how internal audit is evolving – and what it takes to lead that transformation.

Facilitated by Bernadine Burnell, formerly Chief Internal Auditor at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and now transitioning to a non-executive portfolio, and hosted by Taylor Root Associate Director Candice Larcombe, the session will begin with informal networking over coffee and breakfast, followed by a strategic roundtable discussion focused on sharing of practical strategies, challenges and innovations.

Themes will include:

  • AI in audit: risks, opportunities, and readiness
  • Evolving expectations from Boards and regulators
  • Talent retention and upskilling
