Alison leads Taylor Root’s law firm recruitment across the UK’s southern regions. She works with law firms across the spectrum helping them build their legal talent at all levels from NQ, Associate and Senior Associate up to and including Partner. Alison began her recruitment career in 2000 and since then has established outstanding connections across the legal industry. She has worked for some of the most recognised legal recruitment businesses as well as running her own consultancy for over 13 years. Alison was profiled in Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite for two years running.
