Commercial Associate

In this role, you’ll take the lead and provide support on a broad range of commercial agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and technology contracts. You’ll also advise on intellectual property and data protection issues, contribute to commercial and tech-driven M&A transactions (including joint ventures), and assist with regulatory investigations in advertising and marketing.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded commercial practice
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Exposure to advertising and marketing sectors is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
