Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic counsel to the board and executive team, navigating a complex global regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior/executive leadership on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Support international expansion and navigate complex legal landscapes.
- Oversee high-impact strategic initiatives, including fundraising and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing legal team.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks.
About You:
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 12 years PQE in the technology sector (SaaS preferred).
- Proven expertise in navigating international regulations and supporting strategic growth.
- Strong experience leading and managing the legal aspects of significant fundraising and M&A transactions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in high-stakes enterprise SaaS negotiations and team management.
