Our client, an elite US City law firm with a fantastic reputation for market-leading work, is seeking a talented Funds Associate to join its highly successful Investment Funds and Private Capital practice in London, with a focus on credit funds.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, close-knit team that advises on some of the most sophisticated and high-value fund formations in the market. The team is known for its collaborative culture, commercial acumen, and deep client relationships across the private capital space.
The Role:
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex fund structuring and formation matters, with a particular emphasis on credit strategies.
- Advise a prestigious client base including global asset managers, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors.
- Gain exposure to cross-border mandates and cutting-edge developments in the funds space.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor (4-6 PQE), having trained at a top-tier London funds practice.
- Demonstrable experience in high-end funds work, ideally with exposure to credit or private capital strategies.
- Strong academic background and a commercial, solutions-oriented mindset.
