Our client, a prestigious Top 100 London law firm is seeking a talented employment lawyer to join their standout team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. This is a rare opportunity to work with a firm known for its exceptional client base, collaborative culture, and modern approach to law.
The Role:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 12-month FTC
- Location: London (hybrid working – minimum 40% in-office)
- Covering a parental leave within a high-performing team
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising employers across sectors including financial services, education, charities, media, and sport
- Handling employment tribunal and High Court litigation (team moves, competition disputes)
- Supporting senior executives on complex employment matters
- Contributing to business development, thought leadership, and client training
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- 4+ years’ PQE with strong background in employment law
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Confident communicator with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Common law qualified lawyers welcome to apply – must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
