Vivian Poon

Vivian has been a specialist in private practice recruitment since 2016. She first started in the legal support space, with a track record of placing paralegals, and compliance professionals with US, UK, Magic Circle, offshore, and local law firms during the early years of her career. She later transitioned to focus on fee earner recruitment within private practice. Vivian grew up in Hong Kong and the UK, and majored in Financial Economics at the University of Essex. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
