What does your current NFP do?<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

HvH ARTS is a charity that gives children access to and support in the arts. Its focus is on children who would not necessarily receive such exposure and support otherwise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please can you share how you became a Trustee there? <\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

I have had a long-standing interest and participation in charities that directly try to assist young adults who, because of their background\/situation might not be able to access certain careers and aspects of society, that children from more ‘privileged’ backgrounds are exposed to. With this background I was asked to support the charity as it has been growing rapidly over the last few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you feel is the key role of a Trustee?<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

To provide guidance and support to the persons who manage the charity day to day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
