A misstep here can lead to wasted resources, missed opportunities and a hire who doesn\u2019t fit your company\u2019s needs now or in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many businesses want to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/roles-we-recruit\/general-counsel\/\">hire a &#8216;General Counsel&#8217;<\/a> but often the role remit, leadership level, budget or reporting line just doesn&#8217;t fit and needs to be addressed.
