{"id":84001,"date":"2024-06-05T16:21:59","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T16:21:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/job\/in-house-counsel-contracts\/"},"modified":"2024-07-18T00:53:07","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T00:53:07","slug":"in-house-counsel-contracts-84001","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/zh-hans\/?post_type=job_listing&p=84001","title":{"rendered":"In-House Counsel &#8211; Contracts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A leading law firm in London is looking for a qualified Solicitor, 4PQE+, with commercial contracts experience.<\/p>\n<p>The focus of the role will be on contracts and some general risk and compliance work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising on Clients own engagement terms, outside Counsel Guidelines, RFP&#8217;s, Tenders, Client&#8217;s supplier Due Diligence (DD) and similar documents.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the firm&#8217;s own Engagement terms and dealing with client and internal queries<\/li>\n<li>Advising on Supplier terms<\/li>\n<li>Advising on data protection queries, under the guidance of the Legal Director and Privacy Officer<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the development of the Firm&#8217;s ESG Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the work of more junior members<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with ad hoc risk queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified solicitor, 4PQE<\/li>\n<li>Some supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Commercial contracts experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
