{"id":128617,"date":"2026-11-05T09:09:56","date_gmt":"2026-11-05T09:09:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/job\/business-integrity-due-diligence-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-11-05T09:09:57","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T09:09:57","slug":"business-integrity-due-diligence-manager-128617","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/zh-hans\/job\/business-integrity-due-diligence-manager-128617\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Integrity &amp; Due Diligence Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Business Integrity &amp; Due Diligence Manager<\/p>\n<p>London or Nairobi<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re  working with an international investment organisation looking to appoint a Business Integrity Manager to join its global Legal and Business Integrity function.<\/p>\n<p>This is a broad role supporting investments and transactions across Africa and Asia, working closely with legal, commercial and investment teams to identify, assess and manage financial crime and business integrity risks.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading business integrity and financial crime due diligence on new and existing investments<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing onboarding and ongoing monitoring of clients and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the continued development of anti-bribery and corruption frameworks and controls<\/li>\n<li>Managing investigations relating to investments and overseeing follow-up actions<\/li>\n<li>Providing advice and guidance on financial crime and integrity risks<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a subject matter expert to investment and commercial teams<\/li>\n<li>Managing queries relating to internal business integrity controls<\/li>\n<li>Delivering training to colleagues involved in investments<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the Business Integrity team<\/li>\n<li>Working with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions in Africa and Asia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; relevant experience within financial crime, business integrity, compliance or a related area<\/li>\n<li>Essential experience within infrastructure, energy, renewable energy, sustainability or a closely related investment sector<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of financial crime risks and controls<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting complex due diligence and investigations<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident working with senior internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Able to take a pragmatic, commercial approach to complex integrity issues<\/li>\n<li>Legal experience or relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied, internationally focused role combining financial crime, investigations, due diligence and investment activity.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
