{"id":126954,"date":"2026-10-01T08:50:11","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T08:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/job\/corporate-lawyer\/"},"modified":"2026-10-01T08:50:12","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T08:50:12","slug":"corporate-lawyer-126954","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/zh-hans\/job\/corporate-lawyer-126954\/","title":{"rendered":"Corporate Lawyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Client:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A diversified global commercial and investment group are looking for a 5-9 PQE corporate lawyer to join their legal team. you will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Working autonomously, you will advise on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters that are critical to the business&#8217;s strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p>As the company enters its next phase of expansion, this role offers the chance to be part of a transformative period, providing exposure to high profile projects.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide corporate and commercial law advisory support on a wide range of matters to the Company and all internal stakeholders including at a senior level.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder matters and ongoing corporate legal support<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general advice on ad-hoc legal matters as they arise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a 5-9 PQE Corporate lawyer, preferably with experience from a leading law firm or from in-house.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Candidates outside of this PQE range with the prerequisite experience would be considered for this role.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
