Due to continued growth and expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead legal matters across its regional platform.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to senior leadership, you will serve as a trusted business partner, providing strategic legal advice on a broad range of complex transactions and commercial matters. This is a highly visible position with significant exposure to investment, development, financing and operational stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage all legal matters across the APAC business.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.<\/li>\n<li>Support asset development projects, including construction, procurement and commercial contracting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal support on financing transactions and corporate matters.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial, operational and project-related agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions while retaining ownership of key legal work internally where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Develop legal frameworks, governance processes and risk management policies.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with senior management on commercial and strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support the business on a diverse range of day-to-day legal, regulatory and operational matters as the regional platform continues to grow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified lawyer with approximately 10+ years of post-qualification experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong training from a leading international or top-tier law firm.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in one or more of the following areas: Real Estate, Real Assets \/ Infrastructure, Private Equity, Corporate M&amp;A, or Investment Funds.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record advising on complex cross-border transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Commercially minded, pragmatic and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a lean environment and able to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution.<\/li>\n<li>Versatile lawyer who enjoys handling a broad range of legal, commercial and operational matters.<\/li>\n<li>Prior in-house experience is advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To comply with local laws, our Singapore office EA Licence No is: 17S8475.<\/p>\n<p>Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
