This role sits at the intersection of commercial law, corporate governance, and strategic growth, supporting the business as it expands across multiple jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will provide pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, enabling the business to achieve its strategic objectives while effectively managing risk.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply, manufacturing, consultancy, distribution, agency, and sales contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Structure and negotiate strategic collaboration and development agreements with external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.<\/li>\n<li>Support strategic projects and corporate initiatives in collaboration with senior management, finance, and external counsel.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with corporate governance and legal matters arising from international expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Drive improvements to legal processes, templates, and policies, including the implementation of legal technology and automation solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified lawyer with approximately 5-10 years of post-qualification experience gained in a leading law firm and\/or international in-house environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.<\/li>\n<li>Solid foundation in Dutch law; international experience is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience within a technology, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or high-growth business environment is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to balance legal risk with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable managing a broad range of buy-side and sell-side commercial matters.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in legal operations, technology, and contract management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested in learning more?
