You will have a strong background in Trademark practices and IP advisory services, with proven expertise in managing complex portfolios, leading client engagements, and overseeing both contentious and non-contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions with a focus in Greater China market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-6 PQE gained within the Intellectual Property\/ Trademark practice of reputable law firm, IP\/ trademark consultancy or in-house<\/li>\n<li>You will be experienced in IP portfolio management, IP disputes and contentious work, Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Antitrust, and technology licensing matters<\/li>\n<li>You will have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills &#8211; fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are vital along with written Chinese<\/li>\n<li>Your experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members would be of advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
