This highly specialised team regularly advises on formation, structuring and regulatory compliance for investment vehicles across private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure asset classes, while also supporting clients with transactions and operational challenges post-closing. Typical mandates include:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fund Formation &amp; Structuring:<\/strong> Acting on the creation and operation of flagship closed-ended and open-ended funds across a variety of strategies, including bespoke structures for international sponsor-led vehicles and investor-focused mandates.
