What you’ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
As part of a high-performing in-house legal team, you will:<\/p>\n

- Advise on a broad range of oil & gas, energy and infrastructure transactions.<\/li>\n
- Support complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships involving major international energy companies and stakeholders.<\/li>\n
- Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial, engineering, construction and operational agreements.<\/li>\n
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice.<\/li>\n
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks across major projects and investments.<\/li>\n
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects that are critical to business growth and long-term strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
