Clients include a broad range of organisations and senior individuals across the financial services, insurance, tech and professional services sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role offers exposure to a diverse and intellectually challenging caseload, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advising senior executives, partners and directors on career moves, team moves and contentious departures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Handling high-value employment disputes, including discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting clients through sensitive workplace investigations and regulatory-related employment issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advising employers on complex people matters, including senior hires, exits and risk management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Delivering strategic employment law advice to clients operating in highly regulated sectors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and have strong technical employment law experience gained with a reputable employment team. Experience acting for senior executives is essential.
