This position will work closely with Sales and other commercial stakeholders, negotiating domestic and international customer-facing SaaS agreements and providing practical, business-focused legal support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and ancillary documents, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and AI-related addenda.<\/li>\n<li>Support customer-facing, revenue-generating commercial transactions within the US and other international jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal advice to stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Enablement, and the wider business. <\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging legal and operational risks and provide risk-based recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Advise on early-stage customer and vendor disputes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with complex legal interpretations and commercial issues<\/li>\n<li>Drive legal automation and contracting efficiency initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contract databases and support legal record-keeping processes<\/li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business<\/li>\n<li>Participate in training commercial colleagues on legal and contracting matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract review, legal operations, paralegal, or related legal roles<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts within a B2B SaaS environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience building and driving processes through to completion<\/li>\n<li>Curious, proactive, and ownership-oriented approach to professional development<\/li>\n<li>Experience within RegTech or supporting companies selling into regulated industries is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is the first dedicated U.S.-focused legal hire and offers the opportunity to support a growing sales organization within a global business.
