This role will focus on knowledge strategy, innovation, and thought leadership, while also supporting business development objectives. You will have the opportunity to shape the department&#8217;s approach to legal technology and AI, lead on training initiatives, and ensure that internal knowledge resources remain first-class and aligned with regulatory and legal developments.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing and developing precedents, know-how, and internal resources<\/li>\n<li>Leading the department&#8217;s response to legislative and policy changes<\/li>\n<li>Driving innovation and technology initiatives, including AI adoption<\/li>\n<li>Supporting business development activities and client-facing thought leadership<\/li>\n<li>Delivering and coordinating internal training programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical expertise in trusts, succession planning, Wills, probate, and tax<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in knowledge management or professional support work<\/li>\n<li>Interest in innovation and legal technology, particularly AI tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading private client team within a respected firm that values innovation and professional development.
