The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value disputes involving contractual issues, shareholder conflicts, and professional negligence, as well as an element of insolvency-related litigation forming part of the caseload (approximately 30%).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You will handle significant responsibility from the outset, working closely with experienced partners and supporting clients in managing contentious matters with a strategic, commercial approach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years&#8217; PQE in commercial litigation<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience handling a broad range of disputes<\/li>\n<li>Specific exposure to or strong interest in insolvency litigation<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex cases independently<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role offers the chance to join a highly regarded firm within a close-knit, collaborative team.
