The experienced Partners in the team have strong track record in public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, TMT and general corporate work acting for a broad array of Chinese and international clients.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Experience and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct legal research and assist in drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with legal due diligence exercises and preparing legal due diligence questionnaires and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting legal and company research and analysis and assisting with verification of disclosure documents<\/li>\n<li>1-4 years of experience in IPO, Private Equity, Capital Markets, M&amp;A and TMT matters gained within a reputable international or regional law firm<\/li>\n<li>Strong language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) are essential<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Law or a related discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is an excellent opportunity for Capital Markets Paralegals who are eager to move to a broader Corporate &amp; Commercial practice with better work life balance<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
