This role focuses on Accounts Payable data analysis and financial performance across Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, PRC, Japan), supporting better cost control and business insights.<\/p>\n<p> Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive data analysis across Accounts Payable, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve cost efficiency and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Support regional financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis with clear, actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with stakeholders across offices to enhance data accuracy, reporting consistency, and decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years&#8217; experience in FP&amp;A, finance operations, or AP with a strong analytical focus, ideally within a law firm or a professional services firm.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, visualisation); exposure to data tools, AI, or systems such as Elite 3E is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Strong language skills are essential: fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), including proficiency in written Chinese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable with strong analytical thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Team player with strong time management and a willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious law firm and play a key role in enhancing financial insight and operational efficiency across Asia.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
