The practice is recognised for its expertise in civil fraud, asset recovery, and complex commercial litigation, regularly acting on high-value, multi-jurisdictional cases. You will join a collaborative and dynamic team that partners with a diverse client base, including corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities, and high-net-worth individuals.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: inherit\">The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The incoming associate will work on a broad range of civil fraud and commercial litigation matters. This will include involvement in complex claims arising from allegations of fraud, asset tracing, and obtaining interim remedies such as freezing orders.
