With over 15 years of market presence, the company provides B2B software and content solutions that power customer-facing platforms globally.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Europe, the organisation has a distributed workforce across multiple jurisdictions and operates in several regulated markets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to a combination of team capacity pressures, two interim legal professionals are required to provide immediate support.<\/p>\n<p>These roles offer the opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and contribute to a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role 1: Interim Data Privacy &amp; Commercial Counsel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead on data protection and privacy matters, including GDPR compliance<\/li>\n<li>Support data protection elements of commercial and licensing agreements<\/li>\n<li>On occasions alongside external support Handle DSARs and provide operational\/data governance support<\/li>\n<li>Advise on a range of commercial contracts (heavily involving technology, IP, marketing, software licensing)<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with commercial teams, providing practical and solutions-oriented guidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP (urgent requirement &#8211; Likely Early July Start)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role 2: Interim Commercial Counsel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day legal support across commercial contracting matters<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and negotiate agreements with the commercial taems (SaaS, licensing, technology, marketing)<\/li>\n<li>Support general advisory work across IP and regulatory considerations<\/li>\n<li>Assist with business-as-usual legal workload during team absences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in commercial contracting within a technology or software environment or experience of these contracts in other sectors<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of SaaS, licensing, and IP-related agreements<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in regulated environments (preferred) or ability to get up to speed with regulations<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable handling high volumes of contract review and advisory work independently <\/li>\n<li>Pragmatic, hands-on, and able to operate with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Qualified lawyer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will join a close-knit legal team of experienced professionals operating across multiple European locations.
