The role involves advising clients on contentious matters including contractual disputes, partnership issues, and professional negligence claims. You will play a key role in managing matters from inception to resolution, working closely with partners and having regular client engagement, whilst also contributing to the growth of the practice.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified solicitor in England &amp; Wales with 3+ years&#8217; PQE in commercial disputes<\/li>\n<li>Proven technical litigation experience, including managing cases autonomously<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and drafting skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated involvement in client relationship management and business development<\/li>\n<li>Ability to supervise junior team members and contribute to practice development<\/li>\n<li>Experience in ADR or exposure to complex\/multi-party disputes would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><br \/> The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing office within a highly regarded firm, working on diverse and challenging disputes.
