This is a strong opportunity to step into a busy, high\u2011profile practice delivering complex lender\u2011side work at the top end of the market.<\/p>\n<p>The team advises on UK and pan\u2011European transactions and regularly competes with Magic Circle, Silver Circle and leading US firms, winning work on quality, expertise and depth of platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The practice<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lender\u2011side real estate finance and infrastructure finance<\/li>\n<li>Acting for clearing banks, credit funds, debt financiers and equity investors<\/li>\n<li>High\u2011value, complex structured debt transactions, including intercreditor\u2011heavy deals<\/li>\n<li>Joined\u2011up support across construction, projects, energy, planning, restructuring, tax and real estate<\/li>\n<li>Strong deal flow with an active and growing client base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is a clear focus on future\u2011facing and resilient asset classes, offering meaningful exposure to growth areas that remain busy despite wider market cycles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sector exposure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured real estate finance and corporate lending<\/li>\n<li>Transport and asset\u2011backed infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Decarbonisation and renewables including battery storage and EV platforms<\/li>\n<li>Digital infrastructure, including data centres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting senior lawyers on real estate finance and infrastructure finance transactions<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security and ancillary documentation<\/li>\n<li>Managing CPs, deal timetables and closings<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with clients, counterparties and internal specialist teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Solicitor 3+ PQE, with solid experience in real estate finance<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with lender\u2011side, structured transactions<\/li>\n<li>Strong drafting skills and commercial judgement<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage multiple workstreams in a City environment<\/li>\n<li>Available (or imminently available) for a 6\u2011month FTC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role offers high\u2011quality City\u2011level work, immediate responsibility and excellent CV value within a collaborative and well\u2011resourced platform.<\/p>\n<p>For a confidential discussion, please get in touch.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
