The firm is recognised for advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex, high\u2011value financing transactions and for operating at the top end of the European and transatlantic leveraged finance market.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role sits within a market\u2011leading debt finance team advising on leveraged acquisition financings, refinancings and related sponsor\u2011driven transactions. The practice covers a broad range of financing products, including syndicated facilities, private credit and unitranche structures, as well as more complex and evolving capital structures.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The team operates with lean deal staffing and close sponsor interaction, offering associates early responsibility and exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions.
