The work involves leveraged facilities, private credit and unitranche structures, and complex security packages over property\u2011heavy portfolios.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The practice operates at the intersection of real estate finance, leveraged finance and special situations, with transactions frequently involving alternative lenders and cross\u2011border elements.
