The firm operates on a fully integrated global platform and is recognised for its technical excellence and policy\u2011shaping work in the financial services space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role sits within a well\u2011established financial services regulation team advising banks, investment banks, asset managers and market infrastructures on a broad range of non\u2011contentious regulatory issues.<\/p>\n<p>The practice covers financial markets regulation, banking and prudential regulation, financial collateral arrangements and market infrastructure regimes, with increasing focus on evolving areas such as cryptoassets, distributed ledger technology, ESG and sustainable finance. Associates are involved in complex advisory mandates and cross\u2011border matters, frequently working alongside international colleagues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>England &amp; Wales qualified associate with <strong>3-5 years&#8217; PQE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in <strong>financial services regulation<\/strong>, ideally non\u2011contentious.<\/li>\n<li>Background advising financial institutions or market participants on regulatory matters.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to areas such as <strong>financial markets regulation, banking regulation, prudential requirements or market infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in <strong>emerging regulatory regimes<\/strong>, including cryptoassets, DLT or sustainable finance, is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded financial services regulation practice working on sophisticated, cross\u2011border matters at the forefront of regulatory change.
