With clear board\u2011level backing, the firm is expanding the team following the recent arrival of two highly regarded lateral partners from a leading US law firm. The mandate is to build out a high\u2011quality team beneath them, alongside an established REF practice already in place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As part of this expansion, the firm is looking to hire multiple Associates at mid\u2011level, as well as a Senior Associate \/ Legal Director. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will work closely with partners who have extensive experience advising on domestic and pan\u2011European real estate finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes. The team is particularly well known for its work in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Real estate development and regeneration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Transport and logistics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Digital infrastructure, with a strong focus on data centres<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The partners are actively growing their practice and are committed to developing the team around them, offering strong exposure, responsibility and progression opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Work<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The role involves advising on the full spectrum of real estate finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers.
