The firm is known for advising on complex, high-profile cross\u2011border matters across financial markets and corporate transactions. Its London platform offers exposure to sophisticated, international work within a collaborative and well\u2011integrated global network.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">This position sits within a specialist derivatives and structured finance team handling a wide range of transactional and advisory matters. The work includes supporting on ISDA documentation, OTC and listed derivatives, structured products and derivatives\u2011related aspects of wider financing transactions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to corporate finance and leveraged finance matters as part of a broader debt finance practice.
