Stuart Whiter is an Associate Director within the London private practice recruitment team at Taylor Root, specialising in advising mid\u2011 to senior\u2011level associates, counsel and partner\u2011level lawyers within the private practice market. His practice is focused on supporting solicitors operating within top\u2011tier UK, Top 100 and high\u2011quality boutique law firms, particularly across the mid\u2011market and West End.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuart works closely with experienced lawyers at pivotal stages of their careers, including progression from mid\u2011level associate to senior associate or counsel, as well as partner\u2011level lateral moves and team hires. He is known for his measured, strategic approach and for providing clear, practical advice tailored to each individual\u2019s practice, ambitions and long\u2011term objectives. His work is advisory rather than transactional, supporting lawyers with nuanced career decisions in competitive and highly relationship\u2011driven segments of the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stuart began recruiting lawyers in London in 2017 and has since built a strong network across key practice areas within the private practice market.
