Anastasia is Group General Counsel, Company Secretary, DPO and Executive Committee member at IFX Payments, a leading global foreign exchange, payment and financial technology provider. She joined the business as sole legal counsel in December 2021 and has since established a strong global team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anastasia is particular interested in ensuring that the legal function remains solutions oriented, flexible and highly commercial. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dipali is General Counsel for Demica, which she joined in 2017. She is a member of the Senior Management Team where she is involved in all strategic decisions taken by the group and manages its legal, risk and compliance functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dipali spent six years in New York working in structured finance, both at Sidley and later as a Vice President on the securitized products trading desk at Morgan Stanley. After returning to London, she was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at MW Eaglewood, which was then part of the Marshall Wace group, before moving to Demica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dipali also serves as a Non-executive Director and Board Trustee for the Akram Khan Dance Company and for the Halcyon London International School.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ehsan currently acts as Head of UK Legal and Compliance and Global Legal and Compliance Lead for trading at Laser Digital, a Nomura Group company. He has over twenty years’ experience working as in-house counsel for a variety of institutions including top-tier investment banks, broker-dealers and fintech startups. He has spent the last 10 years in leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ehsan also acts as an advisor to various fintech companies and accelerator programs and is active in mentoring junior BAME professionals in the legal and finance sectors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
