IP (Intellectual Property) Associate, 3-6 PQE

The leading Intellectual Property practice of a global firm is seeking 3-6 PQE IP Lawyers to join their diverse, fast-paced team in Hong Kong. You will have a strong background in Trademark practices and IP advisory services, with proven expertise in managing complex portfolios, leading client engagements, and overseeing both contentious and non-contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions with a focus in Greater China market.

Experience and Skills

• 3-6 PQE gained within the Intellectual Property/ Trademark practice of reputable law firm, IP/ trademark consultancy or in-house
• You will be experienced in IP portfolio management, IP disputes and contentious work, Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Antitrust, and technology licensing matters
• You will have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills – fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are vital along with written Chinese
• Your experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members would be of advantage
