Dispute Resolution Partner<\/p>\n

Taylor Root is instructed on behalf of a modern and forward thinking national firm who are seeking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Partner to be based in Birmingham.<\/p>\n

The national team handles complex commercial and corporate disputes covering a broad-spectrum including contractual disputes. PFI \/ Projects \/ infrastructure disputes, procurement law disputes, IP disputes, franchising and licensing disputes, defamation, judicial review, professional and other negligence.<\/p>\n

The national team are very busy and there is a clear opportunity in Birmingham for a Dispute Resolution Partner with a strong network and potential following to establish and grown their own practice within a commercially astute and forward-thinking business.<\/p>\n

In return the successful candidate will be afforded a great opportunity to develop their own practice, with a wide remit to grow and develop in a collaborative environment, compelling salary and benefits package and flexible working.<\/p>\n
