The practice is heavily engaged in synthetic securitisation, Significant Risk Transfer (SRT), and regulatory capital transactions for international banks and financial sponsors.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The role encompasses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising on funded and unfunded synthetic securitisations and portfolio risk transfer structures<\/li>\n<li>Structuring and executing balance sheet optimisation transactions, including capital relief trades and regulatory-driven solutions<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating complex documentation covering regulatory capital, credit-linked instruments, and investor arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with colleagues in tax, regulatory, and structured finance teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary advice<\/li>\n<li>Advising on derivative overlays and hedging solutions associated with securitisation transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The nature of the work is predominantly cross-border, requiring exposure to multi-jurisdictional issues and direct interaction with senior client stakeholders.
