This is a stand-alone team that is highly integrated with other practice groups and handles premium mandates for developers, investors, lenders, and sponsors across all asset classes. The scope of work is diverse, covering procurement strategies, advisory and negotiation of construction contracts, and transaction support on large-scale real estate and financing deals.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The team is recognised for thought leadership in construction law and has been involved in some of the most significant developments in the London market. A particularly exciting growth area is its specialised work on data centre projects, where the firm is regarded as a key player, advising on procurement, risk management, and construction aspects for major technology and infrastructure investments.
