Support investments and transactions that shape the future of energy, infrastructure, industrials and emerging technologies across multiple jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of a high-performing in-house legal team, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support complex M&amp;A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, strategic investments and joint ventures.<\/li>\n<li>Advise business leaders and investment teams on transaction structuring, execution strategy and legal risk throughout the deal lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, negotiate and manage key transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders&#8217; agreements, joint venture agreements, subscription agreements and related ancillary documents.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, financial advisors and other transaction counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Support post-completion integration, corporate restructuring and transaction related governance matters.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on strategic growth initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to transformative deals that are central to long term growth, diversification and value creation strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To succeed in these roles, you&#8217;ll typically bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 5-15 years&#8217;
