The practice covers the full investment lifecycle, including:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joint ventures and co-investment structures<\/li>\n<li>Single asset and large portfolio M&amp;A transactions<\/li>\n<li>Cross-border secondary market transactions and recapitalisations<\/li>\n<li>Financing, refinancing and restructuring of real estate investments<\/li>\n<li>Structuring deals across the hospitality, logistics, residential, retail and mixed-use sectors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an opportunity to work on market-leading transactions often involving multiple jurisdictions and innovative deal structures.
