In this role, you will work closely with lawyers on a range of regulatory matters, with a strong focus on SFC-related work and fund authorisations.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>What would you be doing: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents and regulatory filings<\/li>\n<li>Support SFC licensing applications for asset managers and other financial services clients, including preparing application materials and liaising with the SFC<\/li>\n<li>Assist with SFC fund authorisation processes, including drafting documentation and coordinating submissions<\/li>\n<li>Review Chinese translations of legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Provide general support on regulatory projects and ad hoc assignments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>What you would have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-4 years of Funds and or Regulatory experience gained within a reputable international or regional law firm<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to SFC licensing and regulatory work is highly advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Strong language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) are essential<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Law or a related discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded team and build your expertise in funds and regulatory work within a dynamic international environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
