The practice focuses on advising a range of international sponsors and investors in the structuring, formation, and offering of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the funds team with the set up and formation of funds<\/li>\n<li>Draft and prepare legal documentation (i.e., transaction bibles, articles of incorporation, resolutions, agreements, correspondence, closing sets etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Handle internal filing of records of fund documents<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with various parties e.g., professional bodies and counsels from different jurisdictions<\/li>\n<li>Assist in due diligence and legal research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Experience and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-8 years of experience gained within a reputable regional or international law firm doing funds work<\/li>\n<li>Excellent language skills, including written and spoken English, Cantonese, and\/or Mandarin, <strong>are essential<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Candidates with US JD\/ LLM preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> For high performers, the firm offers a track to associate promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
