{"id":121431,"date":"2026-06-15T10:07:55","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T10:07:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/job\/conflicts-advisor-law-firm\/"},"modified":"2026-06-15T10:07:56","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T10:07:56","slug":"conflicts-advisor-law-firm-121431","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.taylorroot.com\/nl\/job\/conflicts-advisor-law-firm-121431\/","title":{"rendered":"Conflicts Advisor &#8211; Law Firm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Conflicts Advisor &#8211; Law Firm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Office based in London, with a flexible hybrid working model.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Join a top tier Law Firm, seeking a Conflicts Advisor to join their Risk &amp; Compliance team.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for an experienced conflicts professional to step into an advisory role, and act as a trusted advisor to the Risk and Compliance team and wider Firm on all conflict-related queries, applying expert knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with the Conflicts Manager to ensure the consistent application and continuous improvement of conflicts policies, processes, and systems, including overseeing the timely and accurate clearance of conflict checks.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of complex and high-risk conflict queries and escalations, confidently liaising with Partners, lawyers, and senior stakeholders, and escalating to COLP where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Support broader conflicts activity, including lateral hire processes, new joiner onboarding, and wider group initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive enhancements to conflicts workflows, systems, and service delivery, while ensuring team workload is effectively managed, deadlines are met, and outputs remain high quality.<\/li>\n<li>Identify team training needs and support delivery, while also collaborating across Risk &amp; Compliance and the wider firm to improve efficiency, contribute to strategic initiatives, build strong internal\/external networks, and provide shared out-of-hours support for urgent matters.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a senior role model and key escalation point for Junior Conflicts Analysts, providing hands-on training, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to support both technical capability and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 years experience in a Conflicts role in a Law Firm<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in researching, analysing and providing tailored solutions to conflicts issues.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Intapp experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to handle complex conflicts issues independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator and able to confidently manage conversations with stakeholders of all seniority.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Interested?
