The role will involve advising on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investment funds (open and closed\u2011end) across asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital<\/li>\n<li>Co\u2011investment structures and segregated mandates<\/li>\n<li>Managing a substantial portfolio of ongoing fund relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified lawyer with ideally 4+ PQE (England &amp; Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Credit Funds experience with solid Luxembourg\u2011domiciled fund structures gained at a top-tier international, US or elite City firm in London<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work autonomously<\/li>\n<li>Availability to start immediately or at short notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
