You will lead, review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, operational services and infrastructure outsourcing contracts. Additionally, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">you will help advise construction focused contracts including MF1, FIDC, NEC and JCT. You will be proactive with a business and solution-oriented approach to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and legal team. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/span><strong style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 PQE, having trained in a top UK law firm or with gained with a multinational organisation. Experience<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> within the<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt;color: black\"> logistics, transportation or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous. Ideally you would have experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">corporate\/commercial in-house <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt;color: black\">environment.
