This role sits within the firm&#8217;s General Counsel&#8217;s Office and plays a key role in supporting client engagement by delivering commercially robust, compliant contract solutions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The role<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of client-facing agreements, including complex commercial, technology and emerging AI-related contracts.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with stakeholders across the firm, you&#8217;ll provide pragmatic legal advice, help identify and manage risk, and contribute to improving contract processes and governance.<\/p>\n<p>The role offers exposure to high\u2011value, cross\u2011firm decision-making and the opportunity to get involved in wider legal, policy and process-improvement projects.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>About you<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified solicitor 3+ PQE with experience in commercial contracts (in\u2011house or private practice experience welcomed)<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial judgement with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice<\/li>\n<li>Confident managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Interest in legal technology and streamlining contracting processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 8pt\">Please note our advertisements use PQE\/salary levels purely as a guide.
