The firm is widely recognised for advising on complex, high\u2011profile restructurings and distressed transactions, operating at the forefront of sponsor\u2011driven and creditor\u2011side mandates across Europe and beyond.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role sits within a top\u2011tier restructuring team advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, creditors and alternative capital providers on complex restructurings, distressed M&amp;A, liability management transactions and special situations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The work is frequently cross\u2011border and highly sophisticated, often involving multiple stakeholders, novel structures and time\u2011sensitive execution.
