The firm is known for advising sponsors, asset managers and financial institutions on complex, cross\u2011border matters, with regulatory expertise closely embedded within its transactional practices.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role sits within a non\u2011contentious financial services regulation team advising asset managers, investment firms and regulated financial institutions on UK and EU regulatory matters.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The practice supports a wide range of transactional and advisory work, including regulatory authorisations and variations, regulatory perimeter issues, conduct and prudential requirements, change in control processes and the regulatory aspects of M&amp;A, fund formation and private capital transactions. The work is deal\u2011driven and highly commercial, with close collaboration alongside corporate, funds and finance teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What They&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>England &amp; Wales qualified associate with <strong>2-6 years&#8217; PQE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in <strong>financial services regulation<\/strong>, ideally non\u2011contentious.<\/li>\n<li>Background advising asset managers, investment firms or financial institutions on UK and\/or EU regulatory issues.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to matters such as authorisations, ongoing compliance, regulatory structuring or transaction\u2011related regulatory work.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast\u2011paced, sponsor\u2011led environments with a strong commercial focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a strong opportunity to join a high\u2011quality regulatory practice that sits at the heart of a leading private equity and funds platform.
