You&#8217;ll handle:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading on commercial contracting across customers, suppliers, consultancy and distribution agreements<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and leading elements of M&amp;A transactions, including diligence, execution and integration<\/li>\n<li>Supporting compliance across data protection, export controls, anti\u2011bribery, and wider regulatory matters<\/li>\n<li>Managing litigation and disputes<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to strong corporate governance across EU<\/li>\n<li>Advising on IP considerations (primarily soft IP)<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with business leaders as a genuine &#8220;sounding board&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with top\u2011tier external counsel<\/li>\n<li>Providing training across sites &#8211; including UK travel and occasional trips to Asia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work closely with a small, agile legal team including the GC, a Deputy CoSec, a US-qualified lawyer, and your counterpart in the UK\/Asia region.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>England &amp; Wales qualified solicitor<\/li>\n<li>4+ PQE (sweet spot: 4-8 PQE)<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in M&amp;A (either in practice or in\u2011house)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in commercial contracts with an interest to learn more<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex issues simply and effectively<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, positive personality &#8211; cultural fit is key<\/li>\n<li>Someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in<\/li>\n<li>No sector experience needed (but always a bonus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a role for someone who wants variety, visibility, and meaningful impact &#8211; not a siloed specialist seat.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Working Pattern &amp; Environment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 days\/week in the office<\/li>\n<li>Travel to UK sites encouraged (4-6 times per year)<\/li>\n<li>Join a vibrant head office of ~20 people with real cross\u2011functional collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?
